  • What is the best way to reach you?

  • Can I bring a pet?
    One Athens property, and the Tybee property, do allow some dogs, based on Association rules. There is a pet fee. Inquire when you make your reservation.
  • My code doesn’t work. What should I do?
    First, make sure you are using the keypad, not the actual lock box. Hit home or lock, let it reset, type code, wait a second, open door with the door handle.
  • Is there a code for the pool?
    In Athens, Yes, there is a code. In Tybee, no, it is open during open hours.
  • What is the walking gate code?
    It was sent in Check-In Instructions.
  • The appliance or lamp does not work.
    Please make sure it is plugged in completely, then contact us as needed.
  • Do you give discounts?
    We give discounts to repeat customers, or long stays (over a week) in some cases.
  • Is parking included?
    Yes. In Tybee, there are two, covered, labeled spaces. In Athens, there is an open parking lot.
  • How can I change my dates or add a day?
    With at least a day’s notice, please contact us by email, text or form and we will arrange it if possible.
  • What is your cancelation policy?
    If you cancel with two weeks notice, you will receive a full refund, minus a 2% processing fee. If you cancel within two weeks, we can return the cleaning fee, and we can return nightly rate for any nights we are able to rebook. You must cancel through the website contact form.
